- You have three days to use the pass.
- The pass can be returned at any time on or before its due date.

This pass admits 2 adults and any accompanying children under 16 years of age to free general admission to the gardens. The Pass does not include special festivals or member’s only events. Admission is free every Tuesday to The Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Museum Pass is not needed on Tuesdays. Museum restrictions may apply.

FAQ
Franklin Township cardholders over 18 years of age in good standing may borrow museum passes. Online temporary registrations and reciprocal borrowers do not qualify.
Passes can be reserved online or by calling the Reference Desk at 732.873.8700 option 3.
There is no charge to borrow a museum pass.
One museum pass may be reserved per day, per card. Each museum may be reserved one time per month, and you may have up to five dates reserved at a time.
Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
The membership conditions of each museum vary and are indicated in the description for each pass.
Passes may be picked up at the Reference Desk any time on your pick-up date.
Museums offering a digital/Print-On-Demand pass display a printer icon next to their names. Museums with printable passes should be reserved for the date of your visit. The following institutions are available as digital/printable passes:

Digital/Print-On-Demand passes can be printed when your reservation is made, by clicking the Print Pass Now link in your confirmation email, or by visiting the Reference Desk at any library location.
Yes, you will need to present the library card that you used when reserving the pass to pick it up.
If you do not pick up your pass by the reserved date, it will constitute a “No Show.” If the reservation is canceled the day before or the day of the reserved date, it will also be considered a “No Show.” Because demand for passes is high, two “no shows” in a 60-day period may result in a two-month block on museum pass reservations.
Reservations can be canceled up to two days before the “Day of Use.” You can cancel by visiting the MusuemKey page and clicking on My Account or by calling 732-873-8700 option 3. If the reservation is canceled the day before or the day of the “Day of Use,” it will be considered a “No Show.” Because demand for passes is extremely high, two “no shows” in a 60-day period may result in a two-month block on museum pass reservations.
Checked out passes cannot be renewed or extended. Digital passes are valid only on the “Day of Use” indicated on the reservation.
- Passes must be returned at any Library Service Desk or in the Media Drop at the branch they were borrowed from.
- Passes can be returned when the library is closed via the Media Drop.
- If the library is closed for the day on the pass’s due date, the pass will be due by 11 am the next day the library is open.
- Passes need to be returned on time so others may use them. Thank you for your consideration of others who are waiting to use the pass.
- Print-On-Demand passes do not need to be returned.
Late fees for physical passes are $10 a day.
The replacement cost is $75.
