You can now pick up free printed copies of the federal 1040/1040-SR form and the accompanying 1040/1040-SR instruction booklet at the library! These can be found to your right as you walk in to the DeMott Lane Branch (in front of the circulation desk). Forms will also be available at the Franklin Park (64 Clover Place, Franklin Park) and Lewis Street (429 Lewis Street, Franklin Township) branches.
