Exciting Discoveries in Art History – Tuesday, 4/11 at 6pm. DeMott Lane Branch.

Explore the stories of ten different important and valuable works of art that were rediscovered in unexpected places. Please register here.



Virtual Cooking Demonstration: Chili Night – Wednesday, 4/12 at 7pm via Zoom.

Enjoy a special chili night!  Learn the secrets to making a satisfying plant-based chili even meat eaters will love. Finish it with your favorite toppings (avocado, cheese, etc.) or make it vegan by omitting the dairy. We will also make a non-alcoholic sangria to enjoy on the side. Please register here.



Paint Wooden Easter Eggs – Friday, 4/14 at 2pm. DeMott Lane Branch.

NEW Recurring Events



Conversational English as a Second Language (ESL) Class – Wednesdays at 3pm. DeMott Lane Branch.

A free, basic ESL conversation group for students who have a basic working knowledge of English and wish to gain more confidence speaking English. Please register here.



Movie Matinee: The Fablemans (2022) – Friday, 4/21 at 2pm. DeMott Lane Branch.

In-person matinee screenings are back at the DeMott Lane branch! Join us for a screen of Stephen Spielberg’s The Fablemans, a semi-autobiographic film that tells the story of young Sammy Fabelman, who falls in love with movies after his parents take him to see “The Greatest Show on Earth.” Armed with a camera, Sammy starts to make his own films at home, much to the delight of his supportive mother. PG-13. Running Time: 2 hours 31 minutes. No registration required.

All library movie screenings are shown with subtitles. The room opens approximately 10 minutes before showtime.
