Celebrating the Life and Career of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Last Friday, September 18th 2020, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away at the age of 87 due to complications caused by pancreatic cancer. Known as a champion of gender equality, women’s rights, and civil rights generally throughout her long legal career, Ginsburg has become a cultural icon during her twenty-seven year tenure on the Supreme Court. The library has put together a list of books, articles, and movies to honor the incredible life and career of a “jurist of historic nature.”
