We are thrilled to announce that we will be screening ten short films selected for the 2019 Manhattan Short Film Festival! Now in it’s 22nd year, this festival does not travel, but is instead an “instantaneous celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to select their favorites” -ManhattanShort.com. From September 26th to October 6th, over 100,000 film lovers in over 350 cities in 6 continents will gather to view submissions from around the world. After the viewings, attendees will be able to vote for their favorites. Please note that some or all of the films may contain adult content and language not suitable for children.
The Library will be screening all ten films on three separate days – Friday 9/27, Thursday 10/3, and Friday 10/4. Registration is required!
