Join Aliz from Shoprite to learn about the benefits of mindful eating. Then put your new knowledge to good use by making your own yogurt bowl: yogurt topped with your choice of fruit, nuts & seeds, and other toppings for a variety of colors, textures, and flavors. Please register here!

Did you know that you can remove 90% of the waste stream going to landfills by recycling and composting? Chair Zumba/Chair Pilates – Wednesday, 5/22 at 2pm.
Join instructor Laura Fechter for this fun combo exercise class in a chair! Zumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. Zumba Gold Chair is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity. Chair Pilates is a mind-body class based on Pilates principles, using the chair for support and balance as well as various fun props, and incorporating breathing, stretching and strengthening for the whole body! Both branches of our library will be closed from Saturday, 5/25 to Monday, 5/27 in observance of Memorial Day 2019. We will be open again for normal hours on Tuesday, 5/28 (10am to 9pm at the Main Branch, 10am to 5pm at the Franklin Park Branch).
