We are thrilled to announce that we will be screening nine short films selected for the 2018 Manhattan Short Film Festival! Now in it’s 21st year, this festival does not travel, but is instead an “instantaneous celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to select their favorites” -ManhattanShort.com. Over the course of ten days, over 100,000 film lovers across 250 countries will gather to view submissions from around the world. After the viewings, attendees will be able to vote for their favorites. Please note that some or all of the films may contain adult content and language not suitable for children.
The Library will be screening the nine films over three days – Friday 9/28, Thursday 10/4, and Friday 10/5. Registration is required!
