Our programs after Memorial Day weekend will lead you right into the annual Summer Reading Program!
Rev your engines for Disney Pixar’s Cars 3 on Tuesday, May 29, at 6:45 p.m. and don’t forget to bring your supper (or a snack)! It’s a Family Film Cafe, so please register online or at the Children’s Desk so we can set up a table for you.
Pig out on pigs at the Reading Rocks session on Wednesday, June 6, at 7:00 p.m. We promise you can go whole hog with these swine stories and activities! Once again, please register so that we can have the right number of supplies on hand.
Get ready to circle round in the singing games and musical books featured in Skip to my Lou on Wednesday, June 13, at 7:00 p.m. Space is limited – don’t miss out because you forgot to register beginning May 30!
It’s more than puppets when Tuckers’ Tales presents “Unusual Musical Instruments” on Tuesday, June 19, at 7:00 p.m. – this is our summer reading kickoff event! You will see a Stumph Fiddle, a Doumbek, a Harmony Harp and much more! (Shh – there may even be a puppet or two). This program will be held in the library’s Community Room, but we’d still like you to register everyone in your family who will be coming so that we have enough chairs set up – but not too many!
Registration for children’s events at the Main Library begins two weeks before the program. We look forward to seeing you!
