Are you interested in trying meditation to reduce stress or calm your mind? Come try a guided mindfulness meditation session. The process focuses on non-judgmental awareness of our thoughts and actions to achieve relaxation and calm. There will also be time for questions.
Please bring a yoga mat, or towel, as participates will be sitting on the floor.
