It’s June 15th and summer reading for all ages has started at the Franklin Township Public Library! Head over to the library’s homepage to register, you will need your library card and pin number.
This year’s adult program is called Exercise Your Mind-Read and is open to all active card holders ages 18 & up. You’ll receive a prize just for signing up! In addition, each ticket earned will be entered into a bi-weekly prize drawing for a $15 gift card. Raffle tickets can be earned three ways:
- Receive one ticket for each book that you read up to 20 books. (Audiobooks count, too.)
- Post what you are reading to the library’s Facebook or Twitter page using the #FTPLSummerRead2016 and receive one ticket for each post. You can earn up to three per week.
- Visit the library! Tickets can be earned by attending library sponsored events or by completing fun quizzes to “Exercise Your Mind.” (Quizzes available at the Circulation and Adult Reference Desks.)
A grand prize drawing will be held on August 25th where 4 (!) winners will each receive a Kindle Fire. Happy Reading!
