Join us this Thursday, November 19th from 7:00-8:30 in the Community Room as we journey back in time with Jim Wade to discover the original Native Americans who lived in our area and uncover the hidden presence of the inhabitants who once hunted, fished, and gathered wild plants throughout the central New Jersey area- maybe in your own backyard. Mr. Wade’s presentation will provide an overview on how these early residents lived, who they were, and their success at survival in this region for thousands of years. He will also discuss Native American fall activities, early winter activities, and describe their Big House Ceremony. This is an adult program, but teens and older elementary school children (with an adult) are welcome to attend. Register here.
