Come see My Wife, Abigail Adams this Wednesday, March 11 at 7pm to see a live performance about Abigail Adams, and how she defied her times.
Dressed in the clothes he wore as the Second President (1797-1801), John Adams will discuss his views of history and society and describe how his wife Abigail defied the sexist convention of her time that married women could not own property while using her financial expertise to make the Adams family prosperous.
This humorous and inspiring live performance is geared towards adults and middle school and older students. This program is not appropriate for young children.
