Want to receive a reminder from the library before your items are due?! To help better serve our patrons, the library has begun to send out courtesy reminders to patrons that have asked to receive email notices from the library.
- A “Courtesy Reminder” notice will be emailed to patrons two days before their loans are due. If you need to renew your checkouts you can request a renewal by calling the library or online by logging into “My Account.” (Please have your card ready when you call.)
- Because library cards must be periodically updated, the “Update Library Privilege” notice will be emailed on the first on each month to alert users whose accounts are about to expire. After getting this notice, you can update your account during your next library visit. You will need to bring your library card along with a photo id and proof of address. Once updated, you can continue using the same library card.
These courtesy notices can only be sent to patrons that have chosen to receive email notifications from the library. If you currently receive phone call notices and would like to switch, please stop by the Circulation Desk during your next library visit!
