The collection is available to all interested persons whenever the Library is open. All the material in the Franklin Township Local History collection is for reference only and may not be checked out. A photocopier is provided in the Library for those who wish to make copies. A microfilm reader/printer is available to read and make copies of the newspapers on microfilm.
